
Autogenic Training Classes
Autogenic Training is a form of body-mind relaxation.
It aims at releasing all physical, mental and emotional tension, giving a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both emotional well-being and overall health.
Through a series of guided training sessions, the trainee learns how to bring the body into a state of relaxation that can later be recalled and activated at any time during daily life.
This different, positive mind-state becomes the foundation on which to create new, positive habits.
To be effective, autogenic training follows a protocol of three sessions (exercise one and two) or of seven sessions (completed series from exercise one to six), weekly, which is needed to learn all the exercises progressively.
Between one session and the next, the trainee needs to practice daily at home.
This is a crucial point: autogenic training is progressive conditioning of mind and body that requires regular training for the trainee to acquire the ability to recall the positive state in any given situation.
Classes can be held online or in a studio, individually or in small groups.
